I am a comprehensively trained Pilates instructor through the Balanced Body Institute and have been teaching the Pilates method since 2014. My approach blends classical principles with modern movement science to help clients build strength, mobility, and body awareness.
Before specializing in Pilates, I spent several years teaching a variety of group fitness formats across the Boise metro area, beginning my fitness career in 2008. My additional certifications include bootybarre®, ACE Group Exercise Instructor, Les Mills CXWORX, Turbo Kick, Hip Hop Hustle, PiYo, Above the Barre, and TRX Suspension Training.
I also hold a B.A. in Business Administration from the College of Idaho.
